Ronald Osborne Business Coach

Ronald Osborne Business Coach asked 675 entrepreneurs about how long they should work on their startup before giving up. The majority of respondents noted that one year is not enough time for an entrepreneur to become successful.

With the current state of the economy and starts ups struggling to launch themselves into success. Ronald Osborne Business Coach wanted to determine how long should a business owner continue with their operations before pulling the plug.

The popular opinion by many successful entrepreneurs is that after 12 months and no positive upside, the operation should be canceled.

Of the 675 successful business owners that responded, 32% believe that after one year of unsuccessful operations, the business should shut down. However, the overwhelming majority, 68%, recommended that business owners should stick with it for at least 24 months.

This insight from many prominent professionals and business owners can be considered encouraging for many startups. Launching a business can be challenging, and most startup owners should consider sticking with it for 24 months before throwing in the towel.
