IndoorDoctor® Now Performing Virtual Air Quality Testing
This quarter, IndoorDoctor® announces the launch of its new virtual testing services, providing customers with the testing kits and education and consultation needed to effectively assess, test and address indoor health concerns virtually.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the average American in the US spends approximately 93% of their lives indoors. This data highlights the importance of ensuring indoor areas, be it in a home or business, are environmentally healthy.

If this last year or two has taught Americans anything, it’s that indoor air quality and the health of our environments can either support the health of those who live or work there, or act as a detrimental factor, potentially putting those inside at risk from dangerous pathogens.

This quarter, IndoorDoctor announces the launch of its new virtual testing services, providing customers with the testing kits and education and consultation needed to effectively assess, test and address indoor health concerns virtually.

Virtual Testing Now Available

In the post-COVID era, consumers are not only increasingly interested in virtual services, but in many cases prefer them to traditional modalities. To meet this growing demand, Indoor Doctor has developed a virtual testing service that brings all of the aspects of its services that customers already know and value, but without the need for ‘contact’ with an in-home inspection performed by a company employee.

The Ins and Outs of the Virtual Testing Service

Consulting and Advice: The service begins with learning about and addressing the environmental concerns a customer might have about their home or office. This helps IndoorDoctor more clearly assess the situation and understand how to best meet the customer’s needs.

Recommendations: Based on the initial consultation, IndoorDoctor can offer effective, reliable and affordable indoor air testing solutions to assess and address potential environmental risks.

Testing and Sampling Equipment: Once a package has been selected, IndoorDoctor sends professional-grade sampling equipment to their customer. Although the sampling equipment is easy to use, IndoorDoctor conducts a 1-on-1 Zoom call to assist each customer in real-time take the samples needed to get the best results.

Sending In Samples for Testing: Samples collected are sent to the lab via included return labels. Not long after, an in-depth report is provided, explaining the results and offering suggestions regarding any corrective actions needed.

Follow Up Zoom Call: Following the test results, IndoorDoctor schedules a final Zoom call to go over the results, answer any questions and explain the findings.
