Tilly’s Life Center’s Annual Fundraiser Gala
October 6, 2020 – Irvine, Calif. – TILLY’S LIFE CENTER (TLC), a non-profit educational program that teaches powerful social and emotional learning to today’s teens, is hosting their biggest fundraiser of the year, their 6th Annual “I Am Giving” Gala, with the theme Growing Beyond Limits. This year, the event will be an unforgettable in-home virtual experience. This event will amplify some of the best elements of an in-person gala with unforgettable entertainment, world class dining, and signature drinks delivered directly to guests’ homes. The event will also include silent and live auctions, life-changing stories, and a unique opportunity to connect with friends and family. Tilly’s Life Center’s virtual gala promises to be a truly wonderful celebration – all from the safety of home.
We are beyond excited to announce our special guest appearances by Singer, Songwriter, and Entrepreneur, Sammy Hagar; “America’s Got Talent” Golden Buzzer Winners, The Silhouettes; Comedian John Henson of E! Entertainment’s “Talk Soup” as well as the incredible Mentalist, Kevin Viner.
To get the party started there will be a Zoom Pre-Cocktail Hour starting at 6pm and the show will begin at 7pm. Attendees can watch the event individually, host an in-person viewing party with family or friends, or throw a virtual watch party on Zoom. Whichever viewing option guests choose – they’ll have a chef-curated, 3-course meal and accompanying cocktails, delivered right to their home for all their guests.
The funds raised from the Gala will be utilized towards expanding Tilly’s Life Center’s (TLC) mission to inspire today’s youth to reach their full potential as productive, kind, happy, and responsible individuals. TLC empowers teens by teaching life skills that build confidence, inspire compassion, and encourage them to pursue their dreams. Tilly’s Life Center currently hosts virtual and in-person programs in Orange County, Riverside, Los Angeles, and San Diego.

About TLC:
Tilly’s Life Center (TLC) is a nonprofit educational program that helps teens overcome the serious obstacles they are met with on a daily basis. Our proactive approach uses experiential learning, journal writing, open discussion, and other activities to guide teens in effectively coping with crisis, adopting healthy habits, and reaching their full potential. The program is available as a high school elective course via virtual or in-person, an after-school program, or a series of workshops. Topics reflect what teens experience in their lives, such as stress management, bullying, body-image, coping mechanisms, and more.
