East Meadow, New York – September 11, 2020 – A newly launched bakery is fast redefining the dessert scene in New York. The Sugar Alchemist specializes in unique custom cakes and is open to event and corporate orders. From wedding cakes to multi-tier cakes to fondant cakes, the bakery makes it all. Customers can also place orders for doughnuts and more innovative cakesicles and cake pops. 

Added to custom cakes, Sabine and her team offer a large variety of Olive Oil cakes. Customers will have a broad range of unique variations to choose from, ranging from Orange Chocolate Olive Oil cake to Roasted Strawberry with Cardamom Olive Oil cake to Gluten-Free Matcha Olive Oil cake and so on. For those who love the good old classic, there is the original Classic Olive Oil cake as well.

She had initially enrolled in college to become a high school French language teacher but soon found herself “leading the pack” as a SoulCycle instructor for years while gathering a loyal following from New York to Philadelphia.
