The Regional in Fort Collins is now open for Dinner
The Regional is now open for dinner reservations daily from 4:00 pm to 8:45 pm. The Regional offers daily specials as well as indoor and outdoor seating.

Fort Collins, CO – The Regional, a Fort Collins-based, locally-owned and operated restaurant located in the heart of Old Town, has announced they are now open for dinner reservations through RESY.com. Reservations start at 4 pm nightly and the last reservation is at 8:45 pm. The Regional’s regular schedule is daily from 11 am to 4 pm, serving lunch and dinner and a full bar menu is offered, all within an intimate setting in a historic downtown building location. Parking is available on street and in the adjacent (metered) lot and guests are welcome to patio and indoor table or bar seating.

The Regional is owned by Chef Kevin Grossi and specializes in hometown American regional food that is “from the farm, the ranch, and the dock.” Grossi relocated back to Fort Collins from Denver after successfully operating The Regional within Avanti; he now brings his experience and unique creative twist on quality dishes that are centered around organic, regional, and directly-sourced options. Currently, The Regional works with six Colorado farms and a local fish operation in Georgia, along with up to 12 privately-owned and operated oyster sources. Grossi previously helped to open Jax Fish House in downtown Fort Collins before his move to Denver where he ran his business from 2016-2019.

Grossi and his team of approximately 15, including Kenny Herald as sous chef, to ensure that the food offered at The Regional is of utmost freshness and flavor, while holding true to honoring the entrepreneurs of the area and country who provide food and beverage products. The restaurant features daily and weekly specials, carryout, and features an in-house baker, who creates homemade pastry and breads daily. Lunch menu items range from salads to sandwiches, side dishes, and desserts, while heartier options are offered at dinner, featuring meats, seafood, vegetarian, salad, and seasonal items.
