Faif Announces New Single ‘Fallen Tears’
The rapidly rising R&B star honors his fallen friends on moving new single
Since being named Kentucky’s 2019 R&B Artist of The Year, FAIF has been steadily gaining momentum in the music industry. Although the versatile artist is capable of writing hook packed, party jams, his latest single strikes a melancholy note, as he reminisces about lost friends, addressing them by name as he struggles to reconcile with his grief.
On March 3, 2014, FAIF was the sole survivor of a fatal car accident that took the lives of two of his best friends. As he struggled to make sense of the event, music gave FAIF a path out of the darkness. ‘Fallen Tears,’ is the result of a long period of mourning, but more importantly, it represents the artist’s determination to honor his friends by making the most of his remaining years. Anyone has ever struggled to find meaning after a tragedy will find light and inspiration in this moving track from a gifted young artist.
