With an emphasis on applicable knowledge, freely shared by leading experts, and a culture of pitch-free spaces, Grow Disrupt events have turned the event space upside down and earned their tagline of “Unlike anything you’ve experienced before.” Now Stephanie Scheller, a 2020 National Association of Women Business Owner’s Business Owner of the Year award recipient, has turned her efforts towards producing a virtual event designed to support the small businesses dealing with the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I realized very quickly that the small business scene was going to have to evolve to thrive and that I was in a unique position to leverage the relationships I’ve built with world-class speakers over the past four years to put together a really exceptional virtual conference. Most importantly, I was able to do it in a way that wouldn’t break the bank for small businesses who are struggling in the wake of closures and complete up-ends to their industries,” Stephanie explains.

Small Business Supercharge: Evolution, is the result of that realization. Stephanie has applied the same skills to select phenomenal speakers and design an agenda for the Supercharge that she’s developed with other Grow Disrupt events over the years. Each speaker’s content has been curated to provide small business owners with not just ideas, but also the application necessary to evolve their business to the next level.
