Caspar McCloud had lived a life in the secular realm and even had a deal with Atlantic Records back in the ‘80s, but he walked away from that, released his first Christian album, and once it charted – he knew he was on the right path. Fast forward to today and the influential musician has a handful of Christian records to his name, including his latest ‘Game Changer,’ a 10-track album overflowing with catchy vibes, motivational lyrics, and powerhouse hitters like “We Shall Be Changed,” “Don’t You Fear the Future,” and “Heavenly Host.” 

A veteran musician, Caspar McCloud has worked with some of the best in the business including Tommy James and the Shondells whose “Crimson and Clover” has been a music mainstay since the ‘60s. Working with them led McCloud to master-engineer and producer Glenn Taylor. Together they crafted some of McCloud’s best work to date on ‘Game Changer.’ McCloud recently told CCM Magazine, “Glenn has such a perfectionist-type personality and that is the sort of person you want behind the console.” 

Last year Caspar McCloud was invited to perform at the 50th Anniversary of Woodstock which was later renamed We Festival 2019. He was the only Christian act on the bill and had Juma Sultan (Jimi Hendrix’s band) sit in with him.
