New Orleans, LA, USA – March 16, 2020 – R. F. Kristi, author, announces that her next book in the series “INCA Cat Detective Series” called “The Case of the Missing Fabergé Egg” and is available for pre-orders on Amazon. Kristi says, “During this global crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic parents are scrambling to find ways to educate and keep their children’s fears calm.” Kristi’s book will not only entertain but also offers an educational standpoint as well.  “I have always enjoyed reading.  As a child, my favorite pastime was reading. I think especially now, parents must remain diligent in protecting their children without scaring them. One way to accomplish this task is through reading.”

Kristi is correct. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) going through a pandemic is stressful for everyone, especially children. “One way to combat this is to take care of our emotional health through engaging in joyous activities.”

According to Dr. Melissa Caudle, author of “Crisis Alert System Implementation” and retired educator, “Reading allows everyone to escape from their normal lives. I think it is especially important for children to read or to be read to during a crisis. It is a form of relaxation and is a joyous activity for all concerned.”

Kristi believes that all children would enjoy reading this particular book in the “Inca Cat Detective series.” So would their parents.  She says, “Animal lovers, particularly cats, and dog lovers would also surely enjoy the antics of these furry animals. Also, the reader will be introduced to a magnificent little robot named Jibo.

The Case of the Missing Fabergé Egg” is the ninth standalone children’s book in the Diary of a Snoopy Cat series, which is purrfect for kids ages 5-12 and also animal lovers. For those folks who have not traveled or visited Russia, it would prove a pleasant mental walk-about of this fascinating country.
