Cash offers need to be able to show proof of funds equal to or greater than the purchase price. Without either, a seller should delay agreeing to accept an offer until either of those items are provided and verified.
The sale of a home sometimes includes appliances in the home. Standard appliances such the refrigerator, washer and dryer are not automatically included, but others like the dishwasher and oven/stove are included unless otherwise specified.
