Creative Biolabs has been dedicated to providing recombinant antibodies aiming to facilitate Gastric Cancer (GC) research on aspects of diagnosis and therapy with the stable and abundant products like Anti-PTCH1 antibodies and Anti-EGFR antibodies, etc.

New York, US – July 15, 2019 For more than 10 years, Creative Biolabs keeps offering professional antibody products for clients globally to improve projects’ process both economically and efficiently and is receiving popularity. Recombinant antibody products targeted at GC research & analysis to meet certain standards can be accessed to fit in with various experimental requirements.

Gastric cancer (GC) is known as one of the most commonly seen cancers nowadays. According to the histological classification Lauren, gastric cancer is classified into two distinct groups, i.e. the intestinal and diffuse types.

Recently another classification based upon mucin expression shows there are 4 types of gastric cancers: the gastric or foveolar type (G-type), the intestinal type (I-type), the gastric and intestinal mixed type (GI-type) and neither gastric nor intestinal phenotypes (N-type). Please note that in I-type gastric cancer, p53 mutations and allelic deletions of the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) gene are observed more frequently than in G-type gastric carcinoma. In contrast, microsatellite instability (MSI) is found more often in G-type than in I-type gastric cancer.

Creative Biolabs’ offerings are applicable to different signaling pathways.

1. RTK signaling cascade

The action of receptors of c-Met, HER, EGFR, and VEGFR characterizes the RTK signaling cascade. A variety of antibodies like the egfr antibody extracted from mouse, rabbits and rats species are ready to be adopted in tests like enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), ICC, WB, and so on.

2. Hippo signaling cascade

Hippo signaling transduction pathway provides tumor suppressor signal transduction in mammals, which involves in the regulation of various cellular procedures, such as proliferation, apoptosis, survival, migration and differentiation. Once inactivated, the components downstream, like YAP1 and TAZ will be activated, eventually leading to tumorigenesis.

3. The Hh signaling cascade

Cancer and cancer stem cells include proliferation, survival, metastasis, angiogenesis and self-renewal, during which process it has been found that the Hh ligand is imbalanced during the progression of gastric cancer. The recombinant Anti-PTCH1 antibodies help to detect the binding of Hh to PTCH1 accurately that leads to the de-repression of the proto-oncogene Smoothened (SMO), causing the accumulation and phosphorylation of SMO.

4. Wnt signaling cascade

Creative Biolabs also vendors designed rabbit, mouse, rat and human anti WN5B antibodies for the Wnt signaling cascade targeting at specific Wnt ligands that bind to their target ‘frizzled’ membrane receptor and interfere with the multi‐protein destruction complex, leading to downstream activation of gene transcription by β‐catenin.

Aiming at supplementing to the area of Gastric Cancer diagnosis and therapy, Creative Biolabs’ experts have worked arduously to serve the highest standard products and services. Detailed information can be found at
